I have been a singer my whole life and I love helping others find the joy of music as well. I earned a Bachelor of Music Education from South Dakota State University, a Master of Music with a concentration in Opera Theater from the University of South Carolina, and am working toward an M.A. in Catholic Studies from the University of Saint Thomas. I began teaching elementary music in 2020, and have been teaching at Saint Rose since 2022. Previously, I taught voice lessons and music appreciation at South Dakota State University. Some of my favorite musicians are J.S. Bach, Vivaldi, Mozart, Camille Saint-Saens, Joni Mitchell, The Beatles, Brandi Carlile, and Norah Jones.
